Operations Transformation

Instead, we help our clients mine that half or more of savings that are available through various demand management techniques.  We challenge existing assumptions from what is purchased to satisfy a business need to whether legacy SLAs, Requirements and Specifications are congruent with business needs on-the-ground today. The business case for these challenges is usually driven by sophisticated usage data analysis. We frequently help our clients integrate appropriate enterprise systems into their vendor management lifecycle processes.

Our Third Party Risk practice helps our clients with KYV onboarding and rescoring, as well as Third Party Information Security processes that integrate the efforts of Procurement with the CISO, IT, line functions and Legal. Model Optimization Using Purchased Data

We help our clients achieve significant increases in the predictive efficiency of their existing Marketing and Operations models through targeted field enrichment using data purchased from third party suppliers. Data sources are identified and then tested against controls of legacy data leading to measurable ROI effect and to ensure the utility of the data onboarding process.  We then work with our clients to go-to-market to obtain the enriching data and establish data transfer protocols.
